Applause IT are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a service desk team for a managed services provider based in Macclesfield. The organisation provides managed IT Services to organisations all around the North of England.
The role will entail providing customer service focused technical support, assisting clients with hardware and software issues via telephone and email.
The 1st Line Support Engineer will experience with:
- Working in an IT Helpdesk
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop Technologies
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office
It would be desirable for the 1st Line Engineer to have experience with:
- MSP/Reseller support environment
- Owning end user issues
- Remote support
- Knowledge of Windows and MacOS
