The Role

As the successful 1st Line Support Engineer, you can expect your role to include:

• Maintaining great levels of customer satisfaction by giving excellent support in line with company SLA
• Ensuring that every issue is logged, investigated and dealt with, with all relevant information captured
• Investigating and resolving issues from both their software products and managed service solutions, liaising directly with customers

You

To be considered for the role of 1st Line Support Engineer you should have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Confident liaising directly with customers
• Excellent at problem solving within a technical environment for both internal and external users
• Knowledge of or keeness to learn development languages such as C#
