1st Line Support

�? Job Opportunity: 1st Line Support - Pharmaceuticals Company �?

Are you tech-savvy and looking to kickstart your career in IT support? We have an exciting opportunity with a leading pharmaceuticals company based in Corsham! Join their dynamic team as a 1st Line Support professional and make a significant impact in the world of healthcare.
?? On-site in Corsham, 5 days a week on site.

8:30am - 5pm with an Hour for Lunch

3 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

• �?? Triage 1st Line tickets via email, ticket system, and MS Teams.
• ?? No inbound calls! Communication with end-users is email and Teams-based.
• ?? Handle 20 to 30 tickets daily.
• ??? Investigate each ticket for 15 minutes, then efficiently escalate to 2nd Line Support.

Requirements:

• ?? Anyone with an interest in IT or an IT graduate is welcome
• ?? Ideally, candidates with some IT helpdesk experience will be prioritized.
