My client, a market-leading technology company is hiring for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their growing team in Southampton. As a 1st Line Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting users with technical support, troubleshooting, and IT network support. You will also be able to support the projects team with some business IT Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st Line helpdesk support for Microsoft Windows operating systems (Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint)
Troubleshoot networking issues and ensure connectivity -
Experience with Active Directory
Diagnose and resolve hardware-related problems.
Support users with common business applications.
Utilize remote assistance tools for issue resolution.
Manage Active Directory tasks and user management.
Work within ticketing systems, adhering to ITIL principles.
Uphold IT security best practices.
