2nd Line Technical Support Engineer
An exciting 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer role has arisen with our client, a market leading organisation based on the South Coast / Hampshire.
The role will require you to be in the Hampshire office 5 days a week, with additional business travel to customers in the local area.
As the 2nd LineSupport Engineer, you will join a driven team where you will be responsible for responsible for the design, implementation and support of client technical infrastructure covering network, hardware and software systems.
You will be involved in technical consultancy and pre-sales support for system proposals and will then work on projects through to a successful completion.
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Duration: Permanent / Full time
Salary: Up to £30,000 + additional benefits
Do you have:
- Strong 1st/2nd Line Support experience
- Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft and VMware operating systems
- Experience in System Administration Support services for Microsoft Server related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Strong experience in working in a support team / help desk environment
- Excellent client relationship skills and stakeholder engagement
