My Client are a well know Media Company based in the City of London and are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer that is customer focused and a natural problem solver.
Technical Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Diagnose/update calls
- Troubleshoot problems
- Office 365 administration
- DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Active Directory
- Experience of supporting Windows 10.
