2 PQE Legal Counsel - Insurance

Global insurance provider searching for a new Legal Counsel to join their expanding UK & Ireland team. Working on a broad range of commercial and corporate business needs, you will operate on a hybrid working policy with the opportunity for flexible hours.

Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Offer expert legal guidance to the team on insurance-related issues.
• Play a key role in contract negotiations and dispute resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations within the insurance industry.
• Draft and review relevant legal documentation and contracts.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the insurance industry.

Profile

The successful applicant should have:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales OR Ireland
• Able to commute into the office in Dublin or Uxbridge 3 days per week
• Experience as a broad Commercial / Corporate lawyer in the Insurance space
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• The desire to work closely within an international team

Job Offer

Your benefits package will include:

• Base salary between £72,000 - £105,000 depending on experience
