Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a Part time Demand Planning Administrator. This role is a busy role and you will based in the warehouse. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
The day to day duties in your new job will be .
12 month fixed term contract, working 20 hours a week, 4 hours a day, hybrid working.
Some expertise in data entry
Able to enter large quantities of data accurately
Able to check own work before calling complete
Able to compare data in documents and on SAP and highlight errors/inconsistencies
Able to work with minimum supervision
Able to learn processes quickly
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Some proficiency in the use of SAP
Equivalent of at least five GCSE passes, including English Language and maths
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office with solid proficiency skills in the use of Excel
Excellent administration skills with demonstrable high level of accuracy, attention to detail and quality of delivery
Uses initiative
Communicates confidently and effectively internally and externally at all levels
Good oral and written English
Warm, friendly and professional style
Communicates confidently and effectively with manager, colleagues and other contacts
Effective time management with the ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met and manage peaks and troughs in workload
Remain calm and polite under pressure
Takes direction
