We are currently recruiting a Business Administration Apprentice to join our PFCS (Pile Fuel Cladding Silo) Project team, based in Birchwood, Warrington. You will work closely with our experienced Administrators as part of a formal apprenticeship training programme delivered by a recognised training provider. Your work will support the Project’s overall mission to deliver a system that allows our client Sellafield to retrieve the waste, package it safely, and dispose of it permanently.

Position Summary
The Business Administration Apprentice will work within a friendly and supportive team to develop a range of Business Administration skills, including:
- Communication
- Record and document production

Through the apprenticeship, with relevant training and development, you will support the wider Project team with a wide variety of tasks, including:
- Managing the project calendar and facilitating meeting room bookings
- Providing support for team travel and hotel bookings
- Ordering supplies
- Supporting the management of agency timesheets and expenses in accordance with procedures, maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Developing Microsoft office skills to support the management team in the preparation of high-quality documents including PowerPoint presentations, charts and reports.
- Providing input to the wider team’s innovation and continuous improvement plans
- Working as part of the integrated team, developing communication skills and building relationships with the team, customers and stakeholders.
