About Our Client
Our Global Opportunities team are here as your key point of contact during your relocation to the UK/Ireland.
We source candidates from particular Sectors/Specialisms for our UK colleagues, and as part of the DE&I Team at Michael Page we remove barriers to employment for qualified Overseas Candidates who are seeking to enter the UK workforce.
- We gather the information we need to verify your right to work in the UK, determine the types of roles we are able to assist with under the terms of your Visa (Temp/FTC Perm for example) and clarify this for UK colleagues.
- We identify which Page Group Consultants and Teams would have roles that ideally align with your experience, career goals and location then refer you to them.
- Where you experience aligns with active roles we are assisting with, we will refer you directly to the recruiting Consultant.
- We agree a secondary list of Consultants and Teams with you, to include extra areas and Role Titles or Sectors that we will include in a second referral a week later, should it be needed.
- We do not work with Clients or have live roles within Global Ops.
- We cannot arrange Sponsorship or a Visa to work the UK, nor for other Countries. Each country has their own immigration and tax laws so it is best to enquire directly.

The Successful Applicant
For Global Ops assistance you will:
- Have excellent academics
- Be admitted as a lawyer and have experience as a solicitor
- Hold a visa (right to work) or passport valid in the UK / Ireland
- Have arrived in the UK/Ireland within the past three months, or be arriving within the next three months
