Your expertise

You need to be graduating between 2022 and 2024. You need to have, or be on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate / bachelor degree. It doesn’t matter what you’re studying. (Really, it doesn’t.) But we’d like to see evidence that you can:
  • analyse a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organise and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organised a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
Alongside evidence for working well as part of a team, as part of demonstrating data analysis and content creation skills we are looking for candidates proficient in MS Office (notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with an ability to draw out and present key conclusions from their work. For Global Banking you need to be a high-performing candidate who can multi-task effectively, showcase strong time management skills, with an ability to work to defined deadlines.

We know that development opportunities are important to you and we want to make sure you you'll be successful. That's why our graduate training program is designed to ensure that you'll have an in-depth introduction to our firm and the business you will be part of.
