SalaryWe are looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Engineer to join one of our clients in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career in IT at a top MSP.
The candidate must have experience working for an MSP and also strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting a client base across the UK on a range of IT Support issues
- Providing technical support for desktop and infrastructure
- Assist the ServiceDesk Management team.
- Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising
Requirements:
- Experience working for a MSP
- Knowledge of system security and data backup / recovery
- Knowledge of Microsoft Modern work such as Microsoft Intune and MA
- Windows OS
- Office 365
- Windows server
- Firewalls
- Hyper-V & VMware
- Microsoft Exchange
- Backup Technologies
