2nd Charge Mortgage Advisor / Second Charge desired skills and experience:

• Experienced and Qualified Mortgage Advisor
• Experience in Second charge mortgages
• Experience maintaining relationships with introducers
• Able to build rapport quickly and create lasting relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated and proactive

2nd Charge Mortgage Advisor / Second Charge Role:

As a Second ChargeMortgage Advisor for the brokerage, you'll be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network. It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

2nd Charge Mortgage Advisor / Second Charge key responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Second Charge mortgages
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
