AddressOur client, a global organisation based in Cambridge, is currently recruiting for an Electronics Design Engineer to join the team a 6-month, Fixed Term contract. Working closely with the Engineering to assist with development and design of product and hardware development. Key duties will include but are not limited to: * Take ownership of hardware design from concept through to delivery into product manufacturing. * Oversee and create test plans for designs. * Assist wider engineering teams with product lifecycle and development. * Take use of schematic capture to design and implement electronic designs. * Continual work on PCB systems and designs. * Develop hardware systems. The successful candidate will have: * Exceptional organisational and communicational skills. * Electronics or Electrical Engineering Degree BSc or BEng * Experienced with PCB schematic. * Strong knowledge and experience with circuit designs – I2C, UART and SPI. * Experienced with verification on test systems and PCB assemblies. * Experienced with root cause analysis and debugging.
