SalaryClive Cox Racing has a vacancy for a 2nd Head Person within our team. (Riding position)
This is a senior role within the business requiring a candidate with previous management role experience and excellent references. The job will require you to assist the current Head Person with the day to day running of the yard, including feeding, to maintain the highest standards of horse welfare, manage staff & take sole charge in the yard when required. You will also be required to ride out.
This is a trusted key role and 100% commitment is essential. Interpersonal skills are especially important for staff management.
