2ND LINE IT SUPPORT ANALYST
SALARY - £30,000 TO £35,000
+ EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE
LOCATION - SCUNTHORPE / HULL / PETERBOROUGH

Your new role
2nd Line IT Support within a fast-paced environment where you will be provided with an excellent salary package, training and development support to allow you to further your career within the organisation. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and our 1st line colleagues & will also work with our 3rd line team to escalate issues where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates wishing to apply must review the following criteria and be able to confidently feel that they suit this role and have experience across the majority of these areas:

• A huge passion for IT and technology.
• Minimum 2 Years' Experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude.
• The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• A proven track record of resolving and managing critical incidents (P1's).

Strong technical experience in the following will be crucial:

• Office 365 environments, (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Autopilot).
• Windows Server Environments, (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.).
• Network Troubleshooting, (Firewalls, Networks, Wireless etc.).
• Windows Desktop Troubleshooting.
• Security Knowledge (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, MFA Technologies).
• Office 365 Backup Products

What you'll get in return
The Salary can be up to £35,000 + Benefits package (36 Days Holiday / Xmas Bonus). The organisation has several sites across the UK and the role can be based from any of these - Hull, Scunthorpe OR Peterborough.
