2nd Line Support Analyst required for my large client. Due to an increase in workload and internal promotions, my client is in need of a 2nd Line Support Analyst. This role will ideally suit a 1st Line Support Analyst with 3/4 years exprience looking to move into a 2nd Line role role. You must have at least 4 years experience of providing support of Windows Infrastructure as well as having some experience with Cloud Technologies, Azure being the cloud system my client uses.
