Main Duties:
- Most of your time will be spent providing remote support to the varied client base, with the rest proving on-site support to clients
- Be the first point of contact for clients - providing a friendly and communicative face
- Working through technical tickets
- Providing technical support in a clear and communicative way
- Be passionate about tech and your goals moving forward
