This role is office based in Salisbury
You do need to be eligible for SC and DV Clearance
What you'll be doing:
- Own the first and second-Line Support for PC's, laptops, peripherals, and printers
- Dive into building, configuring, and solving desktop and laptop systems
- Respond to incident requests, internal works orders, and other queries, ensuring flawless operation via the Service Management tool
- Install encryption software and add users to Active Directory software groups
- Install, configure, and maintain network printers, and support remote access connections
What you’ll bring:
- Desktop experience at a 2nd Line level in a complex IT support environment
- Navigate Windows 10, Microsoft applications, Office, SharePoint, and Outlook smoothly
- Understand Thin Client environments, Citrix, VMWare, LAN/WAN technologies, and systems management
- Ability to optimally fix applications and hardware in a customer-focused environment
- Familiar with ITIL practices
It would be great if you had:
- ?Familiarity with SysTrack
- Knowledge of Sysinternals Tools, including Procmon
