Excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Support engineer to learn new technical skills in a thriving managed services provider offering an excellent benefits package.
This company provide an array of technology-based solutions to their client base. These services include Telecommunications, Managed Printing services, Hosted VoIP Telephony and many others. You would be coming into a warm desk where you would hit the ground running and getting involved in the MSP environment.
In this role you will provide customer facing and remote 2nd Line Support, resolving escalated enquiries from the 1st Line Support team. You will provide systems administration, firewall and server configuration, troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in 2nd Line Support, helpdesk and incident management. You will WAN and LAN connectivity, firewalls and security. You will be confident to support O365, Active directory and have experience with Hyper-V to be able to complete installations and troubleshooting.

The Role:
Infrastructure / networking monitoring and maintenance
Administration of O365, Active Directory, SharePoint & Exchange
WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security
Helpdesk and incident management, resolving escalated enquiries
Office and Field Based
The Person:
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange & SharePoint
Previous experience in 2nd Line Support
Confident with Windows server support
Experience with Azure, AD, ITL Framework
