You need to have 2nd Line Support/3rd Line Support experience of the following: . M365 management & administration including Active Directory .
W10/W11 . Intune/Endpoint Management . Laptop/Desktop Support As a 2nd Line Support/3rd Line Support (Windows 10/M365) you will be working remotely in a team with occasional visits to the office and customer sites. Resolve issues, troubleshooting and support for W10, M365, Exchange, Microsoft Entra and more.
