An IT Solutions Provider based in Central London requires an experienced IT Support Engineer to join and their team and deal with all escalations. This role will involve providing technical client support and occasional client visits.
Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
MSP or Client Site experience (Desirable)
Strong Skills with 365 and Azure
Experience in a Service Desk Environment
Desirable Skills:
Windows OS's
Windows Desktop / Server Environments (Server Config and Install experience needed)
Virtualization experience (Desirable)
Certifications (MCSE, MCSA, ITIL)
Remote working (RRAS, VPN, RDP)
