Boasting at least 5 years experience of working in a commercial IT support environment preferably within a Managed Service provider you must have an enthusiasticand ambitiousattitude towards work and enjoy working with a variety of different technologies.
The role will involve you working on escalated items out of the Service Desk front line team as well as take on the management and implementation of our projects. These projects typically include the implementation of Office 365, Mimecast, Azure platform and Hosted Telephony.
Desired skills include:
- Remote / On Site Support, Ticket management, Experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Email services (Exchange 2007/2010,2013, Exchange Online, Mimecast, Gmail)
- Microsoft Office 365 services
- Microsoft Azure administration
- MDM Solutions (Intune, Jamf)
- Hosted Telephony
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, GPO, AD, File Servers and any other server roles.
- Deployment and implementation of new workstations and network hardware across multiple remote sites.
- SharePoint Online.
- General desktop support, Hardware\software diagnosis and break fix.
- Windows OS 7,8 and 10
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, Routing, VPN and WAN.
- Interest and exposure to security (Firewalls, Windows security - server and workstation)
