Salary: Basic salary is £27.040 Plus a potential £200 additional payment per month

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Work pattern: Monday to Friday start times vary between 5am-7am
Location: Rochester ME2 2BP

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV / 7.5 Tonne Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• There will be around 3-7 drops per day.
• You will be delivering bedframes, divans, mattresses and headboards.
• Heavy lifting will be required in this role.
• You will sometimes be required to do two man deliveries.
• You will be delivering to Stores and Warehouses.
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Hold a valid HGV 7.5 Tonne Driving Licence (C1), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card - 1 year expeience
