7.5T Delivery Driver

We are seeking a 7.5 Tonne Multi Drop Driver operating from the Fareham area. Completing deliveries and collections of pallets in the local area including the Isle of Wight . You will start your day in the Fareham with collections before leaving for the Isle of Wight . Once deliveries are made to our depot on the Island you will head back to the mainland. Opportunities to progress to other class's are always available for the right candidate. This role is critical to the operation.

Main responsibilities:

• Completing multi drop deliveries of pallets and collections of pallets
• Being accountable for the safe and timely delivery of goods on the vehicle
• Being responsible for loading the vehicle and unloading at each drop
• Perform daily checks on the vehicle and keep the vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness

Key Skills and Experience:

• Hold a full up to date Drivers CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Hold a full HGV licence (with at least 6 months’ UK experience)
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence (no DR, DD or IN codes)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pallet delivery experience is preferred, but not essential

This role is Monday to Friday, 52.5 hours a week, with some Saturday overtime. The £39,117.00 OTE salary is based on a basic salary and a weekly bonus excluding overtime.
