You'll get to work closely with a small team of other Account Managers and enjoy the support of your colleagues around you. You'll be the point of contact for your own group of customers, building a professional relationship with them, building rapport and getting to know them. You'll be using all forms of communication to ensure the VIP members feel valued and looked after. You'll get to meet your clients face to face at organised events, further strengthening the relationship and also ensuring the customer has an enjoyable experience.
What you will be doing
- You'll be responsible for your own members and effective monitoring of VIP member activity and creating action plans
- Proactively offering promotions and incentives to members in order to increase loyalty and retention
- Successfully building rapports with VIP members, aiming to prolong retention and increase member activity at the tables
- Ability to multi task between VIP support and loyalty duties in order to reach targets and meet deadlines in relation to projects, member management, follow ups and daily duties
- Covering a variety of 8 hour shifts Mon-Sat within the times of 10am-8pm, 5 days a week
- Get to travel internationally to events and meet your clients face to face
- Maintain relationships with fellow Account Managers, VIP Team Leader and VIP Operations Director

- Have excellent computer skills with Excel and other MS Office programs
