Job description

Salary on appointment will be £36,333 per annum (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £43,155 per annum (pro rata). UEA Library is seeking an information professional to deliver discipline-specific information skills teaching and open research advocacy as part of our team of academic liaison librarians. In line with UEA’s interdisciplinary strengths, subjects are likely to include Politics, Philosophy, Sociology and Media.  You will possess strong communication skills and experience of face-to-face teaching and innovative online delivery.   You will have a degree or equivalent qualification, as well as a library qualification, or equivalent experience, because this role requires an ability to engage academics and students in a proactive and collaborative way.   We are a forward-thinking library service committed to advancing knowledge, fostering innovation, and promoting open and equitable access to research.
