MJ Gardner is a theatre maker, accessibility consultant and creative practitioner working across multiple art forms.
MJ uses they/them/their pronouns, is diagnosed Dyslexic and on the Autistic, ADHD and Depression spectrum.
MJ is hard of hearing and wears Bluetooth hearing aids.
I am currently recruiting a creative access worker to support MJ in the organisation and delivery of their varied, creative work.
You will need to be supportive, organised and a good communicator with experience and knowledge of working with access riders and the barriers faced by Neurodivergent and Disabled creatives.
I am currently working in this role and will be handing over to someone in early May. There will be a period of support from me to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
Hours:
20 - 30 hours a month which equates to 5 - 7.5 hours a week.
Fee:
£600 per calendar month upon receipt of invoice.
