Accident Management Team Leader
Location: Huddersfield (Onsite)
Hours of Work: 40hrs per week Mon - Fri between 8.00am - 6.00pm
Salary: 26,500pa - 28,000pa
As a Team Leader, you will have responsibility for the management of the Accident Assist Team reporting to the Head of Customer Experience.
Based Onsite the successful candidate will have Insurance Motor Claims or Accident ManagementTeam Leader / Managerbackground.
- Experience operating at supervisory level or above within an Accident Assist, Claims Centre or Call Centre within the vehicle accident repair or similar Customer Service sector.
- Ability to embed a sales mindset within the team, emphasising the importance of delivering exceptional service while delivering good sales conversions
- Knowledge & experience in customer service best practices
- Experience of operating in a client facing role
- Proficiency in working to service levels and performance measures.
- Knowledge of the vehicle accident repair process.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying upselling opportunities during customer interactions and coach team members on effective objection handling techniques.
- Motivating and developing team of Customer Service Advisors
- Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met.
- Embedding a sales mindset within the team, emphasising the importance of delivering exceptional service while driving sales.
- Ensure all systems and records are updated and maintained promptly.
- Monitoring call traffic and call handler efficiency.
- Quality assurance.
- Recruitment, training and mentoring to get the best out of the team.
- Reporting of KPIs/MI/SLAs.
