About the Role:

The Residential Service are responsible for all aspects of student residential accommodation delivery and support across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on-campus and beyond. This is your opportunity to join the Accommodation team. You’ll play a vital role, working alongside our multi-disciplinary teams to provide customer service and tenancy management processes to facilitate the provision of our residential accommodation to students and other clients.

With 2 A Levels or a Vocational qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, you will be IT literate with excellent customer service skills. You will have previous relevant experience in a responsible administrative role within a customer focussed business environment. Understanding of financial control systems as well as Database and electronic filing systems is essential.

This is a fixed term position until 1st December 2025.
