I am recruiting for a local authority who is looking for a Accommodation Placements Adviser to join the councils Housing Allocations Service. The main objective is to monitor and extend commercial hotel bookings, deal with rent accounts and any social behaviour from clients.
You will be responsible for a providing a timely, comprehensive and customer focused service to applicants requiring temporary accommodation.
To work in partnership with letting agents, commercial hotel and other relative internal departments to effective keep on top of all extensions. Checking invoices to ensure we are paying the correct amount on invoices.
