The Role
We have a great opportunity for a Accommodation Placements Adviser to join our Housing Allocations Service.
The main objective for the post holders is to monitor and extend commercial hotel bookings, deal with rent accounts and any anti social behavior from clients.
The successful candidates will be responsible for a providing a timely, comprehensive and customer focused service to applicants requiring temporary accommodation
To work in partnership with letting agents, commercial hotel and other relative internal departments to effective keep on top of all extensions. Checking invoices to ensure we are paying the correct amount on invoices.
The Candidate

• Must have experience within the Housing Allocations Sector
• Hold Knowledge of the Housing and Homelessness Act
• Ability to deal with conflict
• Experience of working with external agencies
• Finance experience is also essential
