Account Director

• Basic salary up to £50,000
• Realistic OTE of £65,000
• Remote working – Bristol office

We have partnered exclusively with a leading data and market intelligence business within the financial services industry who are looking to hire a Account Director. In this role This role is you will be responsible for providing high class client experience and delivery of service, through successful on-boarding, relationship development, service management, sales management and issue resolution for a portfolio of key accounts.
What you'll be doing

• Deliver successful servicing for a portfolio of clients providing exemplary, reliable, customer experience to your accounts.
• Develop and maintain an effective and impactful network of relationships at all levels of the client.
• Advocate for your portfolio of clients, sharing feedback and intelligence that helps to drive the product development roadmap and deliver additional revenue against your accounts
• Understand what delivers ROI for your clients and use this to create new opportunities and demonstrate the value of relevant products to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve client success across your portfolio of clients, and aid product development
• Develop and deliver client expansion strategy for target accounts while taking client needs into account.
• Use of collaborative account plans to develop and communicate strategy for each key account.
• Contribute to and lead elements of digital client service strategies and processes.

What you'll need to apply

• Proven success within a client services or internal sales role
• Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance industry is desirable
• UK based with ease of access to Bristol for occasional internal meetings.
