Form of workRed Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Account Director to join a market leading global digital business services company in Bristol. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement and expanding the breadth & depth of client relationships.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Bristol
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary day-to-day client contact to ensure the client is satisfied and receiving all the services we are contracted to provide.
- Financial forecasting
- Ensuring clear communications between the client and Operations
- Driving continuous improvement agenda
- Production/overseeing production of MI
- Working with Operations on tactical delivery of the account
- Monthly/quarterly customer satisfaction reviews
- Delivery of monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Implementing client account plans

Key Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in client services from either an account management, operations, project management or wider outsourcing perspective
- Previous experience managing a client in this capacity, understanding their expectations, and delivering change in order to improve performance
- Experience of financial forecasting and invoicing
- Excellent professional interpersonal skills
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- The ability to understand and communicate client requirements with a clear, positive and customer-focused message
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Committed, enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient
