Position: Account Director
Location: South London – Southern Home Counties

My client, who is a well-known creative design and print management company, are recruiting an Account Director to join the team.
We are looking for candidates with excellent team management and client service skills as you will be responsible for a team of Account Managers and the overall relationship between the company and key accounts.
You will be measured against overall account performance including profit and loss, account growth and strategic placement so commercial acumen and financial forecasting experience is essential.
Further responsibilities:
- Developing all areas accounts to ensure targets and profitability is achieved.
- Manage, co-ordinate and motivate a team of Account Managers including setting objectives, measuring performance, and identifying development areas.
- Understanding client contracts, commercials and goals and communicate with the wider team regularly.
- Optimise supply chain with commercial objections in mind.
- Monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Maintain client contact with regular meetings and reviews.
- Work with other departments to make sure client needs and projects are met.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years team management experience within print/print management
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts by identifying new revenues streams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Be presentable, dynamic, and forward-thinking
