About the Account Director role
Ranking third in seniority under the CEO & MD, this Account Director will play a key role in the overall management of the agency in addition to core function of client servicing. Key responsibilities will include
- Growth and retention of existing client portfolio
- Managing and inspiring the team
- Overseeing and implementing communications strategies to an exceptionally high standard
- Building and maintaining senior level client relationships
The ideal Account Director
- Experienced Senior Account Manager or newly promoted Account Director seeking opportunities to develop leadership skills
- A commercially minded person who has proven experience growing accounts and ensuring profitability
- Demonstrable experience participating in new business pitch processes
- A strategic thinker who also enjoys being hands on - must be comfortable pitching to media, content writing as well as delivering high level strategic plans
In return, the Account Director will get
- 4.5 day week with early finish Fridays ALL YEAR around
- Salary up to circa £52,000, depending on experience
- Flexible working 3days from office and 2 days from home
- 25 days holidays (excluding bank holidays) + your birthday off
