Our agency client is looking for an Account Executive who assumes responsibility for supporting the day-to-day management of a range accounts and projects as part of a team implementing ingenious projects. Demonstrating a solid understanding and application of key project management competencies and basic understanding of strategies and internal audience messaging/activities, will focus on helping their clients to communicatewith their audience (usually healthcare practitioners … HCPs) to the highest of standards in a timely, professional manner.
Important information:
- Salary £26k - £32k depending on your experience allied to the job brief.
- Based in a lovely Hertfordshire Garden City … easily commutable from places such as Finsbury Park, London Bridge, Blackfriars etc.
- Hybrid working, currently 2 days per week in the office - Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus 3 days Christmas Closure and additional holiday allowances based on length of service.

Key responsibilities:
- Works under guidance to manage actions, prioritise tasks and ensure projects are running to time and on budget
- Supports colleagues by reviewing materials, ensuring attention to detail at all times
- Conducts desk research as directed by senior colleagues
- With support ensures internal processes are rigorously observed
- Assists in the monitoring of projects against timelines and budgets, highlighting to senior team members of any issues that may arise
- Responsible for opening project and related processes/tasks
- Monitors project progress and notifies senior team members of issues
- Supports with the preparation and facilitation of case studies and 'wash up' meetings on project completion
- Supports senior team with client queries and requests
- Creates meeting agendas
- Takes notes in client meetings, producing an accurate, action with deadlines-oriented meeting report
- Prepares information for inclusion in status reports. Prepares client contact reports
- Reviews and analyses client management information to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced service delivery
- Focus on client retention; measure, evaluate and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction
Education & Experience:
- Strong task prioritisation and management skills, examples of customer management skills advantageous
- A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical, marketing and communications industries
- Degree preferable; science and/or marketing/communications degree advantageous
- Good Microsoft Office suite skills
