Account Executive
Location This role will be mostly remote however you will be required to work out of the company’s office on average 2-3 days a week.
Salary £25k - £27k plus discretionary performance related bonus.

Position overview
We are seeking a confident, results-driven self-starter to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships within the property industry. You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, presenting our software solutions effectively, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within the estate agency and legal sectors.
2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
3. Conduct product demonstrations (mostly remote via meetings software) to showcase the value proposition of our platform’s solutions to potential clients.
4. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies and messaging.
5. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their customer journey.
6. Provide exceptional post-sales support (via email and phone) in conjunction with the rest of the team(s).
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
8. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
Knowledge, skills and experience - Essential
1. Excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and negotiation skills with a confidence to be able to talk to anybody in the room, to listen to and connect with them.
2. Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
3. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a customer centric approach… and a sense of humour.
4. Quick learner.
5. Mindset to roll up your sleeves, to pitch in and do what it takes.
Knowledge, skills and experience - Desirable
1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the technology or property industries.
2. Strong understanding of the property market and familiarity with estate agent operations and challenges.
3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
