Job Specification:
- Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Enter supplier invoices into the system accurately.
- Check and reconcile supplier statements.
- Process customer credit application forms and establish credit limits.
- Manage credit collection from customers.
- Complete supplier questionnaires as required.
- Send out customer statements in a timely manner.
- Process customer credit card payments efficiently.

- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and fulfil responsibilities.
- High level of accuracy: Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining precise records.
- Confident communicator: Able to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Xero experience: Proficiency in using Xero accounting software.
- Unleashed experience preferred: Familiarity with Unleashed inventory management software is advantageous.
- Values-driven: Shares the ethos of giving more than taking and working as part of a close-knit team.
Hours:
- Flexible hours, suggested Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
