Job Description:

Our sales team helps our customers to understand how Elucidat can make a difference to their business. In this role, you will work towards hitting your target every month, working with high quality Marketing qualified leads - including some of the biggest brands in the world.

The role will require you to work closely with multiple teams including Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success and Learning Consultancy.

Requirements


  • Following up inbound new business leads, trials, demos and pricing requests in an effective and timely manner
  • Outbound prospecting to supplement your pipeline, around 30% self generated
  • Achieve agreed KPIs and targets
  • Manage your pipeline and deliver effective customised product walkthroughs
  • Manage your opportunities to ensure you are maximising the potential from all leads
  • Talk confidently about Elucidat to potential clients
  • Follow Elucidat’s sales methodology and internal processes
  • Engage in cross-department projects
  • Lead contact negotiations with support from sales leadership and legal

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate…


  • 2 years+ track record of being highly successful in B2B software sales
  • Experienced in new business selling to large corporate clients with complex buying cycles
  • Experience of contract negotiation and commercial negotiation
  • You value communication and personalised outreach and have a strong ability to build relationships with senior people
  • You are excited about the prospect of joining a successful business and will want to help to shape our continued growth by contributing ideas and being an advocate of continuous improvement
  • You pride yourself on being one of the hardest-working people you know
  • You’re high IQ, curious to seek different perspectives but intellectually humble. You say “I don’t know” and “I’ll figure it out"
