Job Responsibilities

· Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals;

· Exploring potential clients;

· Communicating with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on the company’s career coaching services;

· Suggesting possible improvements to the company’s career coaching services;

· Handling client complaints;

· Creating and executing sales plans to achieve or surpass quarterly sales quota;

· Evaluating opportunities to enhance the company’s retails, client satisfaction and retention

Skills

· Previous experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service roles is required;

· Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles;

· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office;

· Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships;

· Organizational and time-management skills;

· A business acumen;

· Enthusiastic and passionate;

· Fluent in English and Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £39,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
