Location: London/Remote with occasional travel to company meetings
Salary: £26,000 plus commission + excellent benefits

About the role
We are looking for someone to work with our brilliant Account Management team to make existing client calls from our data in Salesforce. This will be a mixture of booking appointments for the team, chasing POs and outstanding invoices, and re-engaging lost customers.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who already has experience in dealing with clients and building relationships.
Key Duties
To make outgoing calls and answer incoming callsEnsure qualified appointments are booked for our Account ManagersTo cleanse and update data on SalesforceTo fully understand and convey the features and benefits of products and services after trainingTo support the team by dealing with general account enquiriesTo investigate accounts to ensure you understand what they subscribe to and why before making callsUsing our technical support tool to run user statisticsCalling clients for Purchase Orders and chase overdue invoicesMaking contact with lost clients to re-engage them
Essential
1-2 years’ experience in a similar roleFantastic communication skills and the ability to overcome objectionsConfident manner in dealing with clientsHigh attention to detail Self-motivation and autonomyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood written skills Good organisational skills Good use of Outlook
