Executive Assistant for the Head of Sales in Central London, this role is perfect someone who is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced enviroment.
Role: Executive Assistant
Start date: ASAP (Will wait up to a months notice)
Salary: 45k to 50k DOE
Working hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Central London
Responsibilities:
- Full diary management both internal and external
- Travel arrangement including organisation of visas
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Principal and circulating action points
- Assist wider sales team with preparing paperwork, writing minutes and booking travel
- Assists with projects and research
- High organisation skills and diary management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and proactive attitude
