My client are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Head of Sales to lead their international sales team in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Global Sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners worldwide. This role requires a deep understanding of the beauty market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in Global Sales management.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Global Sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, driving expansion into new regions and markets.
- Align sales strategies with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
- Follow up with clients’ post-sales to ensure product performance meets expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Assist in compiling reports on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer products.

- P&L Ownership
- Manage a team of Senior & Key Account Managers.
