The Role

This is a player coach role where you will manage the inbound and outbound sales reps (2 in each team) as well as directly prospecting, qualifying and running your own enterprise deals. You will own the new business number for the UK business. Explicitly you will have a personal and team quota.

This role reports directly into Chief Revenue Officer and is a member of the GTM leadership team.

 

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Ensure successful delivery of team quota
  • Manage and coach your sales reps
  • Growing a great sales culture for the team and being the owner for this
  • Report and forecast effectively to the CRO and wider business
  • Work closely with the GTM leadership team – RevOps, B2B Marketing, Account Management to ensure alignment and joint success

 

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • Must have demonstrably managed reps and helped them achieve or exceed quota
  • Experience in mid-market and enterprise motions - (£10k-500k ACV)
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering new enterprise logos through a multi-threaded approach
  • A collaborative, consultative sales approach and can evidence this
  • Ideally Financial Services experience doing the above
