An exciting opportunity within UK's largest retail bank and household name are looking Sales & TradingProduct Owner based in London.
Role: Sales & TradingProduct Owner/ / head of product / lead Product Owner
Location: London (2 days week on site)
Duration: 12 Months
Status: Inside IR35
Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery with the main goal of realising value for customers and partners by ensuring that the teams are solving the right problems.
Experience and skills Required:
Product Owner leadership experience, with ability to be a strong role model, and support a culture where people can grow and develop.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills.
Extensive experience of change management, working with technical and multi-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver change.
Strategic problem solver, proficient at financial and risk management, but also is bold and challenges where necessary to achieve the right outcomes for our customers and business.
Strong knowledge of Financial Markets products, technologies, sales, and trading.
Working knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
