Salary range per annum: £79,482 to £89,238* plus London weighting

As Head of Marketing & Sales you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of sales, marketing and your ability to deliver increased income and surplus to support our members and other organisational priorities.

It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from leading a procurement to select a new commercial supplier to running a workshop with different staff, explaining how they can convert a prospect into a real commercial opportunity and leading a new marketing campaign focused on a specific member segment. We'll look to you to lead on the overall Marketing & Sales strategy. It's a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential.

To join us you’ll need sales and marketing strategy and team leadership experience and, ideally, a background in a relevant area such as generating commercial income in a membership organisation. You will also need experience in bringing together cross functional teams and leading individuals from different specialties to generate sustainable income and surplus.
