There is no lead generation required in this role and leads will be given to you from a separate lead generation team. You will be taking mainly all inbound calls but will be required to make some outbound calls when you need to ask clients for instruction.
Qualifications:
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- A strong drive for sales and have a proven record of achieving targets/KPIs.
- Worked in teams servicing both clients and colleagues; with excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate hard.
- Rejection handling capabilities and good at overcoming objections.
- Evidence your strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication skills.
- Risk aware with strong planning and analytical skills
- Desirable Cert CII qualified, having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA’s.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- We are based in Llantrisant with plenty of free parking spaces for easy access
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5
- Salary is between £22,000 and £25,000 plus a monthly bonus for achieving sales targets which ranges from £300-£500
