The Role
Reporting directly into the Head of Healthcare,you will be supported by the wider team in respect to the main administration duties, allowing you to focus on developing relationships, negotiating and winning Healthcare insurance opportunities.
Classes / Territories
You will be developing clients in theHealthcare industries, and negotiating their insurance policy needs,including the likes of Medical Malpractice, Management Liabilities, Cyber, Products Liability and Combined Commercial Combined insurance emanating mainly from theUnited Kingdom, but potentially elsewhere as the client is expanding quickly and Internationally.
The Team
You will be working within a friendly, dynamic and profitable team, who appreciate the art of face-to-face broking, and encourage travel to enhance client relationships. They also enjoy working collaboratively and are expected to continue to grow.
Your Experience
This role is suitable for an experiencedHealthcare Account Executive, with a proven sales track record. Someone whoenjoys developingclient relationships,working within in team, is professional, and has a positive outlook. You must enjoy developing relationships with underwriters, as well clients, possess a strong work ethic and a can do attitude.

Role Duties
- Developing, broking and placing Healthcare insurancebusiness
- Building and maintaining new and existing relationships with clients/retail brokers and the clients network of business
- Providing technical support and advice to clients
- Being responsible for occasional team leading duties and supporting junior members of the team
- Working collaboratively with the team
- Attending and contributing to broker meetings
- Building and maintaining relationships with Underwriters
- Checking policies and client documentation
- Duties as required

Reporting into HemelHemstead Offices, the position will be Hybrid and flexible in terms of hours and days.
