As a Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving projects forward, and ensuring the successful delivery of creative campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to translate client objectives into compelling and effective creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, design, and strategy, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Communication:
- Clearly communicate client expectations and project requirements to internal teams.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns and seeking feedback.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional services and upsell agency offerings.
- Contribute to the development of creative and strategic solutions that align with client objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Analyze client feedback and use it to enhance future projects and client satisfaction.
Requirements of the Account Executive:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in account management within a creative agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
